Long term goals:
Surpass PR's of 200k squat, 135k bench, 205k deadlift, and 540k total.
Qualify for the powerlifting national championships.
12% body fat or lower.
100k or 110k powerlifting weight class.
To complete 100 multi-sport events (86 done so far).
Be able to RX @ CF.

sleep for Olympic weightlifting recovery
I must really be into this whole Olympic weightlifting thing because I just took a nap for no other reason than to get more gains from my Olympic weightlifting training!
