cycling creatine monohydrate for olympic weightlifting
I've heard people are supposed to cycle creatine monohydrate rather than staying on it for long periods of time. I've been taking creatine for the last three months and have had amazing results. I'm going to cycle off of creatine for the next four weeks. I'm disappointed to have to stop taking it even if only temporarily. I just stopped taking it this weekend and am already looking forward to starting again.
