Benchmark Jackie and power snatches

This morning we tested power snatch and Jackie, which is 1000m row, 50 thrusters 44#, and 30 pull ups. I was able to do a 210lb power snatch and an 11:55 Jackie. Although I had to do ring pull-ups so it wasn't RX.
