Surpass PR's of 200k squat, 135k bench, 205k deadlift, and 540k total.
Qualify for the powerlifting national championships.
12% body fat or lower.
100k or 110k powerlifting weight class.
To complete 100 multi-sport events (86 done so far).

cold front in New Mexico
A cold front has been hovering over New Mexico. It got so cold in the level 5 tower last night that my water bottle froze and exploded before I had a chance to drink it.
