Surpass PR's of 200k squat, 135k bench, 205k deadlift, and 540k total.
Qualify for the powerlifting national championships.
12% body fat or lower.
100k or 110k powerlifting weight class.
To complete 100 multi-sport events (86 done so far).

calories burned during an Ironman
On Nov 20th 2011 I competed in Ironman Arizona. In the 15 hours of racing I burned 6,842 calories. Ironman is a great way to burn off calories!
