Long term goals:
Surpass PR's of 200k squat, 135k bench, 205k deadlift, and 540k total.
Qualify for the powerlifting national championships.
12% body fat or lower.
100k or 110k powerlifting weight class.
To complete 100 multi-sport events (86 done so far).

Beet juice and strength training attempt #2
Aparently what bothered my stomach was the beet juice. I tried drinking nothing but water and and small amount of beet juice and it jacked my stomach up for 18 hours!
