Day 3 of training for Ironman Arizona

Today's my 3rd day of Ironman training. My legs are sore. I've been training with a lot high intensity sprint distance type training for awhile now. I fully expected my legs to be fatigued switching to longer slower training, but the soreness surprises me.

I woke up weighing in at 196 pounds! 6 pounds to go until I'm at my goal weight of 190!

A large portion of my clothes are no longer fitting so I had to bring all my skinny clothes out of shed & throw my fat boy clothes into storage. That felt great!
