Surpass PR's of 200k squat, 135k bench, 205k deadlift, and 540k total.
Qualify for the powerlifting national championships.
12% body fat or lower.
100k or 110k powerlifting weight class.
To complete 100 multi-sport events (86 done so far).
Be able to RX @ CF.

Barry Schroeder at Miller weightlifting
I'm going to eat a healthy snack then take a nap so that I'm fully rested and recovered for tomorrow. What happens tomorrow you ask? Barry Schroeder is going to workout with me at Miller weightlifting. This will be my first time seeing him in action. Barry Schroeder owns every state Olympic Olympic weightlifting record in both the 94k and 105k weight classes in my age group of 35-39.
